FeastyBot is an automated service that can be used to answer questions and may request personal data specific to your question in order to provide response (i.e. your name and email address in relation to any orders you have made).
We collect information from your devices. We use tracking tools like browser cookies, pixels, tags, and web beacons to collect information from and about you. We collect information when you interact with our Website, our ads, and our emails that we or our vendors send to you. We collect information about users over time and across devices when you use this Website. We may have other parties collect personal information this way. We get information about you from vendors we hire to work on our behalf and from other sources. Other parties may give us information about you. These other parties might include business and marketing partners and social media platforms that give us information they have collected either directly or indirectly form you. Vendors that host or maintain our Website, help administer sweepstakes, and send promotional emails for us may also give us information. However, if you withdraw your consent, this may impact the ability for us to be able to provide our products and associated services to you.

We will share information with Mr Beast Productions. This is for the purposes of facilitating promotions and giveaways and tracking performance.
We will share your information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf.
- Service provider(s) that host, manage, or fulfil purchases on our Website and will also share your personal information with us;
- Service provider(s) that host and manage the chatbot services on our Website;
- Service provider(s) who provide you with emails on our behalf and will also share your personal information with us;

If you receive promotional text messages from us, you can opt out by replying “STOP”. Even if you opt out of getting marketing emails, we will still send you service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information; confirmation as to whether your personal information is being used by us; details about how and why it is being used; and details of the safeguards which are in place if we transfer your information outside of the United Kingdom or the EEA.
Right to update your information: You have a right to request an update to any of your personal information which is out of date or incorrect.
Right to delete your information: You have a right to ask us to delete any personal information which we are holding about you in certain specific circumstances. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of deletion for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
Right to restrict use of your information: You have a right to ask us to restrict the way that we process your personal information in certain specific circumstances.
Right to stop marketing: You have a right to ask us to stop using your personal information for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right, we will stop using your personal information for this purpose.

We may share your personal information with Mr Beast Productions based in the US for administrative purposes, our Website hosting service provider based in Canada and our chatbot service provider based in Denmark (which uses cloud services in Germany and Ireland).
When we provide any personal information about you to any non-UK members of our group or service providers, we take appropriate steps to protect your privacy and implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data . These measures may include the following:
- ensuring that there is an adequacy decision by the UK Government in the case of transfers out of the UK, which means that the recipient country is deemed to provide adequate protection for such personal data; or
- ensuring that appropriate safeguards are in place, e.g. by entering into regulation mandated contracts with our data processors that require them to treat personal data in a manner that is consistent with this Policy.
