We are Feastables Inc ("Feastables", “we”, “our”, or “us”), an online retailer of snack foods, launched by the digital creator Mr Beast. 

Feastables is the controller of your personal information and is responsible for your personal information. All references to "Website", refer to the website owned by Feastables at https://uk.feastables.com/. 

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect and use your personal data through your use of this website, as well as your rights regarding such information.

We, or third parties on our behalf, collect, receive, and develop several categories of personal information about you depending on the nature of your interactions with us:

 

We collect contact information.  We might collect your name, email address, phone number and mailing address.


We collect identifiers. Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide us with online identifiers associated with you, such as your social media ID or we may add in an identifier when you visit our Website. If you create an account on our Website, we collect a username and password.


We collect demographic information. We may collect information like your gender and age.


We collect payment information. Through our third-party payment processor, where you may provide your credit card or payment details if you make a purchase. 


We collect information you submit or post. We collect reviews and comments that you post on our Website and your responses to surveys you complete. We collect information you provide when you use our “chat” features or participate in a promotion. We also collect information when you contact us. .


We collect social media information. We may collect personal information you post on our social media pages. We may also collect your social media profile information and personal information posted on your page.

We use your information to manage our promotions and prize draws.  When you enter our promotions or prize draws, we will use your information to manage your participation and contact you to inform you about your participation. 


We use information to provide support and respond to your requests or questions. We use information to contact you in response to your feedback or other matters related to our relationship with you (such as about this Policy or our Website Terms of Use).


We use information to test, develop, analyse, and improve our products and services. We may use your information to make our Website, content, services, and products better. We might use your information to customise your experience with us and to conduct research and analysis.

We collect information directly from you. For example, we collect information if you contact us or sign up for our emails or if you enter into a promotional activity or prize draw organised by us. We collect information if you make a purchase. We also collect information if you post a comment, enter a sweepstakes, make a request, or complete a survey, or use the FeastyBot chatbot feature. FeastyBot is an automated service that can be used to answer questions and may request personal data specific to your question in order to provide response (i.e. your name and email address in relation to any orders you have made).


We collect information from your devices. We use tracking tools like browser cookies, pixels, tags, and web beacons to collect information from and about you. We collect information when you interact with our Website, our ads, and our emails that we or our vendors send to you. We collect information about users over time and across devices when you use this Website. We may have other parties collect personal information this way. Learn more about these tools, how we use them and how you can control them below in Section 6.


We get information about you from vendors we hire to work on our behalf and from other sources. Other parties may give us information about you. These other parties might include business and marketing partners and social media platforms that give us information they have collected either directly or indirectly form you. Vendors that host or maintain our Website, help administer sweepstakes, and send promotional emails for us may also give us information. Our marketing agencies, advertising technology vendors, and analytics providers may also provide us with information.


We combine information. For example, we may combine information that we have collected offline with information we collect online. Or we may combine information we get from another party with information we already have. We may also aggregate your information with other consumers’ information to understand preferences and trends over time.

  • Performance of a contract with you. Providing our products to you or performing a contract we have with you. In certain circumstances, we need your personal data to comply with our contractual obligation to deliver products you order from us. For example, if you buy our products through our Website, we need your name and contact details so that we can communicate with you and deliver the products to you.


  • Legitimate interests. When processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interest of others (for example, to ensure the security of our website), these legitimate interests are:
    • run, grow and develop our business;
    • operate our Website;
    • communicate marketing information about our company and our commercial products, events, and company initiatives where we are not relying on consent;

    • improve our Website content and functionality;
    • place, track and ensure fulfilment of orders with our suppliers;
    • for internal group administrative purposes;
    • to provide support and respond to your requests or questions; and
    • to develop paid media advertising strategies.


If we rely on our (or another person's) legitimate interests for using your personal information, we will undertake a balancing test to ensure that our (or the other person's) legitimate interests are not outweighed by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require protection of the personal information. Consent. We may process your personal information in some cases for marketing purposes on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time after giving it, as described below). We will always obtain your consent for direct marketing communications where we are required to do so by law and if we intend to disclose your personal information to any third party for such marketing.

 

If we rely on your consent for us to use your personal information in a particular way, but you later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us at privacy@feastables.com and we will stop doing so. However, if you withdraw your consent, this may impact the ability for us to be able to provide our products and associated services to you.

  • Legal obligation. We may use your personal data where it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation that we are subject to. We will identify the relevant legal obligations when we rely on this legal basis. 


  1. We share your information with others.

We will share information with Mr Beast Productions. This is for the purposes of facilitating promotions and giveaways and tracking performance.


We will share your information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf. 


  • Service provider(s) that host, manage, or fulfil purchases on our Website and will also share your personal information with us;
  • Service provider(s) that host and manage the chatbot services on our Website;
  • Service provider(s) who provide you with emails on our behalf and will also share your personal information with us;
  • Service provider(s) that help us investigate and prevent data incidents or audit our business and financial statements and will also share your personal information with us.

We may share your information with our business partners, including for marketing purposes and targeted advertising. For example, we might share information with other parties who co-sponsor a promotion or our content. Some of these partners may send you information about products or services by mail or email. They may share your information with others. We also share information with third-party advertising partners through tracking tools on our Website. We may also share email addresses or other contact information with third-party partners so they can serve our advertising on their platform. These third-party partners include business and marketing partners, advertising networks, data analytics providers, social media platforms, analytics companies, data brokers, and third-party advertisers. This might include fraud we think has happened during a promotion. If you are the winner of a sweepstakes or contest, we may also share your information with anyone who requests a winner’s list.

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails or texts. To stop receiving our promotional emails, you can follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us. If you receive promotional text messages from us, you can opt out by replying “STOP”. Even if you opt out of getting marketing emails, we will still send you service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes.

You can control certain cookies and tracking tools. We collect information about users over time and across different websites and devices. We also have third parties that collect personal information this way. To do this, we use several tracking tools, please see our Cookie Policy.

You have certain rights in relation to your personal information. To make a request or exercise any of your rights, please send us an email at privacy@feastables.com. You have the following rights:


Right of access: You have a right of access to any personal information we hold about you. You can ask us for a copy of your personal information; confirmation as to whether your personal information is being used by us; details about how and why it is being used; and details of the safeguards which are in place if we transfer your information outside of the United Kingdom or the EEA.

Right to update your information: You have a right to request an update to any of your personal information which is out of date or incorrect.

Right to delete your information: You have a right to ask us to delete any personal information which we are holding about you in certain specific circumstances. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of deletion for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request. 

Right to restrict use of your information: You have a right to ask us to restrict the way that we process your personal information in certain specific circumstances.  

Right to stop marketing: You have a right to ask us to stop using your personal information for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right, we will stop using your personal information for this purpose.

Right to data portability: You have a right to ask us to provide your personal information to a third party provider of services. This right only applies where we use your personal information on the basis of your consent or performance of a contract; and where our use of your information is carried out by automated means.

Right to object: You have a right to ask us to consider any valid objections which you have to our use of your personal information where we process your personal information on the basis of our or another person's legitimate interest.


We will consider all such requests and provide our response within a reasonable period (and in any event within one month of your request unless we tell you we are entitled to a longer period under applicable law). Please note, however, that certain personal information may be exempt from such requests in certain circumstances, for example if we need to keep using

the information to comply with our own legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.  


If an exception applies, we will tell you this when responding to your request.  We may request you provide us with information necessary to confirm your identity before responding to any request you make.  


  1. Transfers of your information outside of the UK

We may share your personal information with Mr Beast Productions based in the US for administrative purposes, our Website hosting service provider based in Canada and our chatbot service provider based in Denmark (which uses cloud services in Germany and Ireland).


When we provide any personal information about you to any non-UK members of our group or service providers, we take appropriate steps to protect your privacy and implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data . These measures may include the following:


  • ensuring that there is an adequacy decision by the UK Government in the case of transfers out of the UK, which means that the recipient country is deemed to provide adequate protection for such personal data; or
  • ensuring that appropriate safeguards are in place, e.g. by entering into regulation mandated contracts with our data processors that require them to treat personal data in a manner that is consistent with this Policy.

  1. We use standard security measures and keep information as needed.

The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Website or services will be completely safe. Any transmission of your data to our Website is at your own risk. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. 


We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Policy. We also keep information as otherwise required by law. The criteria we use to determine our retention policies include the length of our relationship with you, your requests, your continued use of our Website, ongoing obligations such as contracts and services, and our legal obligations. This does not affect your right to request that we delete your personal data before the end of its retention period.

  1. Our Website is not intended for children.

Our Website where this Policy is found is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children or any individuals under 18. 


  1. We may link to third party sites or services we don’t control.

If you click on a link to a third party site or app, you will be taken to a website or app we do not control. This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of that website, app, or service, which may collect information from you. Read the privacy policy of other websites, apps, and services carefully. We are not responsible for these third parties or their policies.
